Professional services agreement in support of the 911 Parr Blvd Parking Rehab.  Pre-Construction Services Group, LLC (PCSG) will assist in permitting, phasing, logistics, scheduling, meetings with the Sheriff’s Department, and construction consultation based on the following fee schedule.
