Joinder agreement for Washoe County and and its Departments to join and use the existing contract between Avertest, LLC (dba Averhealth) and Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County, Nevada, which is attached as Exhibit A.
Washoe County will use the contract until the termination date stated in the agreement September 30, 2028.
Term: October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2028

Encumbering $50,000. Extended validity date to allow for invoices to be processed.
