Milestone 1 - 50% of total fee due at completion of Phase 1 - Gap & Assessment Report, as per the Proposal dated 1/26/22026
Milestone 2 - Remainder 50% of total fee due at completion of Phase 2 - Final Recommended Fee Model Report
